The staff were amicable, the breakfast was sensational and everything was really good. I appreciated to spend time in the fantastic poolside bar.

The location was marvellous, not very far from a large & laid-back sand beach.

Loved location and staff, they were good. A good choice of food at breakfast like fruit, yoghourt, biscuits and pancakes. Overall very enjoyable stay at hotel.

I would definitely book again, enjoyed my perfect stay. The venue is fairly clean, with lovely location just off the centre of Puerto del Carmen, restaurants, seafront.

Clean hotel, facilities are really good, and the location is unbeatable near the beach.

Enjoyed the place, had a such great stay at hotel. I had reasonably priced room with private terrase. The reception was great with kind staff.

It was incredible value for money, well heated and very specious room. Absolutely superb view of canal. Marvellous service was provided. There were the shops and all the main shops around the hotel. Tasty and immaculate breakfast that included hot waffles and hardboiled eggs.

Food was good and I have nothing but pleasant memories from this trip.

Very stylish staff & residential location. Very big bed, splendid room, I liked tea/coffee and good Internet. The lunch in Universal a short walk to the hotel had every choice imaginable.

Well maintained pool, ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT views, hard-working stuff. Snack bar was busy. There was an average restaurant, the shops and a supermarket next door. We got to the bus stop within 5 minutes walk, as it has fab location.

Practical location and exceptionally comfortable beds. Room was common and well-kept with the best bathroom. We enjoyed the proximity to shops and a supermarket in Puerto del Carmen. Nice garden and brilliant pool.

The room was new-fashioned and non-smoking, good swimming pool. The staff was extremely friendly, we had a painless check-in. Having different hot drinks in the snack bar was a very nice touch. Loved our stay at this absolutely gorgeous hotel, it was comfortable.

It had exceptional food, cordial staff and optimal location. I thoroughly enjoyed that they had hot waffles, tea, eggs and coffee in the morning. Lots of options nearby, I visited restaurants and pubs walking distance to the hotel. Also, distance to los pocillos beach was just 1 km. Smooth check-in, easy check-out.

Think that Hyde Park Lane is beyond compare. Greatly enjoyed lovely location and staff of the hotel. Moreover, it had parking nearby. Beach is within walking distance of the property❤❤
